Pressure-independent Heat exchange stations IPC TN provide decentralized preparation of DHW and CH in residential and industrial buildings. They are typically used as home automation stations when switching to a two-pipe system.
The stations are designed as compact units with the MaR system, heat exchangers, control elements and circulation pumps. They can be delivered as compact or as separated CH and DHW blocks. The control valve at the DHW exchanger`s inlet controls the flow of primary medium through the exchanger, thereby regulating the DHW temperature at the outlet on the secondary side. The output CH water temperature into the building is controlled by the control valve on the primary side of CH exchanger. Equithermal regulation based on ambient air temperature is used. The control system allows day and night attenuation programs that can be customized according to user's requirements. Static pressure regulation in CH system is provided by automatic discharge and replenishment of water from primary distribution system. The control system provides not only temperature control but also safety functions in case of fault. In addition to CH and DHW control, it is also possible to control differential pressure at the inlet to the station. This will ensure stable hydraulic conditions in primary system. The station can be controlled by any control system according to customer requirements thanks to the use of unified sensors and actuators.
This will allow to integrate the station into an existing system. The performance and dimensions of the elements used depend on the application. The power of circulation pumps and heat exchangers is designed according to the real energy characteristics of the building.
