The place of realization of the project is the production hall in Žilina.
Main objective of the project:
To get further development of company`s competitiveness, to strengthen its position on the Slovak market and to enable expansion to world markets by fundamental innovation of production processes.
Partial objectives to achieve the main objective of the project:
- to contribute increased environmental protection through a fundamental innovation of production processes,
- through the procurement of innovative technologies, achieve highly accurate and efficient production with minimal waste and increased added value of innovative production processes,
- reduce the average cost of production per unit by using innovative technologies,
- make conditions for further creation of new jobs in company.
There was identified the main activity of the project: “Other innovative measures” and its task will be to innovate 6 production processes of the company:
- the process of cutting sheet metal
- process of punching sheet metal
- the process of bending sheet metal
- the process of sawing sheet metal
- drilling and milling process
- joint welding process
The following measurable project indicators will be fulfilled by the project implementation:
- employment growth in supported enterprises
- number of innovated processes - 6
Implementation of the main activity of the project focused on the fundamental innovation of the production process in the company IPECON, s.r.o. will be implemented through:
- "Purchase of NC plate shears for cutting sheet metal",
- "Purchase of CNC punching machine for punching sheet metal",
- "Purchase of press brake for sheet metal bending (bending)",
- „Purchase of CNC band saw for sawing metal sheets“
- "Purchase of Column Drill / Milling Machine for Drilling and Milling"
- "Purchase of spot welding equipment for joint welding"
- „Purchase of 2pcs plasmiditrided welding tables“
This project is being implemented thanks to EU financial support through the European Regional Development Fund.
