In addition to the production, delivery and installation of equipment, we also provide warranty and post-warranty service. The aim is prompt solution of customers' problems by servicing, diagnosing and eliminating faults within a short time after reporting them.

The quality of service is ensured by our employees - a team of service technicians with a long time experience and appropriate training.

The standard warranty period is 12 months for material and 24 months for performed work and services.

One of benefits is also the hotline - telephone support for information systems allowing consultation of a potential problem and diagnosis. Thanks to it the issue can be often solved without sending technicians to customer.
